You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone.

Here's how we work together.

Individual Therapy

This is just for you.

We meet one-on-one — in person in St. Petersburg or online from wherever you are in Florida. No group. No paperwork going to your department. Just you, a safe room, and someone who has been in your world.

We use proven methods that work for first responders and military members — including ART, CBT, and somatic approaches. In plain terms: we work on what happened, how your body is still carrying it, and how to put it down.

Good for: PTSD, anxiety, anger, sleep problems, relationship strain, burnout, and that feeling that something is just… off.

In-person sessions are held at The Bungalow in St. Petersburg, FL. Telehealth sessions are available across Florida.

Animal-Assisted Therapy with Gilbert

Meet Gilbert Oliver Moran.

Gilbert is a certified therapy K9 and my partner at Front Line Wellness. He has been trained to work alongside first responders and veterans in session.

A lot of people who would never walk into a therapist's office will walk in when there's a dog. That's not a small thing. Gilbert helps your nervous system settle down faster so the real work can happen. Some of the best breakthroughs happen when nobody's trying — just a person, a dog, and a little quiet.

Ask about including Gilbert in your sessions.

Insurance & Fees

‍ ‍Getting help shouldn't be a financial fight.

I accept: ✅ Tricare (active duty, veterans, and military families) ✅ Most major insurance through Headway ✅ Private pay Not sure if your insurance is covered? Ask me before your first session. Most people are surprised — it's more affordable than they thought.

Training & Speaking

Your people can't use tools they've never been given.

I provide training for fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and military units on first responder mental health, trauma response, and peer support. I've trained departments across the Tampa Bay area and spoken at the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association.

Topics include:

  • Recognizing trauma in yourself and your team

  • Brain science for first responders — why you react the way you do

  • Line-of-duty death and family preparation

Available for department trainings, conferences, and continuing education.

CISM — Critical Incident Support

When something bad happens on the job, your team needs support fast.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) is structured support for first responders after a traumatic call or event — a line-of-duty death, a mass casualty, a call that stays with you.

I serve as Clinical Director for CISM of West Central Florida. I can come to your department, your station, or your unit. We debrief together. We don't leave anyone alone with it.

This is for departments and teams. If you're a chief, a captain, or a peer support coordinator — let's talk.

The expectation that we can be immersed in suffering and loss daily and not be touched by it is as unrealistic as expecting to be able to walk through water without getting wet.
